International publishing house Conde Nast will open Vogue café and a GQ bar in the Middle East. It will launch a Vogue Café in Dubai, UAE by the end of the year. It will be housed inside the world's largest shoe store, Level Shoe District, a 96,000 sq.ft luxury retail space that will stock more than 250 shoe brands. The company is also looking to launch a hotel-based bar inspired by its men's title, GQ, in Dubai early part of 2013. It is also considering opening cafés in Mid-east cities closer to Dubai, including Kuwait City and the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi. US headquartered Conde Nast is a publisher of titles like Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour and GQ. Its restaurant division was launched in 2010 and plans to expand its worldwide presence. It is planning to open another GQ Bar in Istanbul this year, and has signed deals for Condé Nast establishments in Bangkok and Singapore.
