Canada-based Tim Hortons is looking to expand aggressively in the Gulf market. The company has signed a Master License Agreement (MLA) with Dubai based Apparel Group. The brand’s franchise partner will open 120 multi-format restaurants in markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the next five years. By now, it has opened one Tim Hortons location in Dubai. Originated in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario, Tim Hortons offers wide array of products such as fresh coffee, baked goods and home-style lunches to its clientele. The company presently, has over 3,000 restaurants in Canada and more than 600 locations in the US.
