A joint venture had been signed between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority ( Shurooq) and the master developer Nakheel to built new community retail centre to Sharjah.
An estimated development value of Nakheels’s first project outside Dubai is around AED75 millon.
The agreement between Shurooq and Manchanda says that the two organizations will build a shopping, dining and leisure hub in Sharjah’s Rahmaniya district.
The details of this project will be disclosed this year but for now the opened information is Nakheel is the developer and the project will be managed by its retail subsidiary.
