UAE-based Azizi Developments has allocated contracts with Tasmeem Building Contracting (TBCI) to develop its Meydan Avenue projects worth AED102 million ($27.7 million).
The developer said in a statement, the new projects consist of three low-rise buildings – Azizi Gardens, Azizi Park Avenue, and Azizi Greenfield, which is offering a total of 242 apartments of both one and two-bedroom. The location of this project is Meydan Avenue.

Azizi Developments said that they are presently working on developing more than 200 projects in 2018. This project is Azizi’s third development in the Meydan master development, after the Azizi Riviera and Azizi Victoria projects in Meydan One and MBR City in District 7.
