L-I-V Real Estate Development has successfully completed the first sales phase of its flagship development in Dubai, less than six weeks after its launch.
The developer said in a statement that they have now released the second phase of LIV Residence Dubai Marina to introduce a wider range of unit types to the market.
Starting at AED1.79 million, LIV Residence has two-bedroom units with full marina view.
It is a 27-storey tower located at Dubai Marina and has a choice of studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses, prices starting from AED749, 000. The completion of it is scheduled in the second quarter of 2019.
L-I-V is offering a luxury element with an exclusive 5-star beach and tennis membership at Le Royal Meridian Beach Resort and Spa, walking distance from LIV Residence Dubai Marina. The membership is included with the purchase of an apartment.
