Shakespeare and Co., an upscale-casual café headquartered in the UAE has expanded into Lebanon. SUGL Sal, its local franchise partner has launched the country’s first Shakespeare and Co café in Beirut. The café will offers wide ranging menu with nearly 200 items that comprise many health-conscious choices and its signature offerings such as Lasagna al Forno, Cobb Salad, Traditional Fish and Chips and Apple Tart. Moreover, the café will also offer the Lebanese breakfast and Saj Selection. Launched in 2001, in Dubai, the Shakespeare and Co. comprises four modules: the café-restaurants, floral creations, patisserie and catering. Shakespeare and Co. cafes have fun and fanciful interior that is a tribute to the stylistic elements popular during the Victorian era, especially the Rococo artistic movement.
