Azadea G, the fashion arm of Azadea Group Holding (AGH) is all set to launch US children’s clothing brand ‘Gymboree’ in Oman. For this, AGH has signed an agreement with Oman’s Muscat Grand Mall which will franchise Azadea’s branded outlets in the country. Muscat Grand Mall is the newest mall launched in Muscat, Oman and the first ‘Gymboree’ stores are expected to open in the second quarter of this year. The development will also mark Azadea’s first foray in Oman. Before this, the group has introduced ‘Gymboree’ in Dubai. Headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, Azadea Group has substantial Middle Eastern retail presence with 350 stores. Its brand portfolio comprises 30 plus global brands, including Mango, Pull and Bear, Maxmara and Stradivarius. While US-based, children’s clothing and accessories brand, Gymboree, caters to newborns to 12-year-olds. It has wide presence in its key markets, US and Canada with over 630 retail outlets. Additionally, the brand also has 600 'Play and Music' centres that cater to babies and children up to the age of five.
