An architecture and engineering consultancy SSH team has been appointed to carry out the design and construction supervision for the project.
The residential project at Dubai Creek Harbour by Emaar Properties’ Creek Horizon is now speeding up with the construction.
The project includes two towers,that will also offer personal townhouse opportunities and shared benefits, like as a swimming pool, gym and recreation areas.

SSH said,” The project’s design encourages an integrated lifestyle development that promises island-style living in Dubai.”
It added that with construction has just started and is at its podium level, progress on the residential scheme will expidite. Both the towers will have 39 stories and 36 stories respectively.
A part of Dubai Creek Harbour will be turned into a new master plan development. A joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding is focused on building urban island residences onto the contours of the creek.
