According to a statement by the developer, Damac’s Akoya Oxygen is designed by Tiger Woods and is being developed on over 55 million square-foot and they will start delivering the properties by the end of this year.
Damac has announced spending at its upcoming flagship project, by awarding a $20 million road and infrastructure contract. Akoya Oxygen has now topped $1.5 billion.
General Manager of Operations at DAMAC Properties, Ali Sajwani said that the project assigned to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) will receive major road and infrastructure work that will carry out at three clusters within AKOYA Oxygen which will provide access and services to support 1,623 villas.
He added, “We are accelerating development in almost every part of our largest master community which will start to welcome its first residents at the end of 2018.”
