Bubbles & Boba, an innovative bubble tea concept is set for a launch in the UAE. The brand originally from Dubai will have its first store opening in January 2012 in the Dubai Mall. The second Bubbles & Boba store is set to open soon in the Business Bay district. The company is planning to open ten outlets in the UAE. It is also looking to develop the concept further both regionally and internationally later on. Bubble tea, also known as Boba tea, is a drink with added tapioca pearls and range of textures to it; with the optional additions of popping pearls, aloe vera, natae de coco, and fruity jelly. The drink is hugely popular in the America, Europe and several Asian markets.
