The construction of phases 3 and 4 of Village E Levana will take place in the Uptown Cairo Master Project.
Arabtec Holding announced that it fully owns a subsidiary, Arabtec Construction and it has been awarded with a AED157 million which is around $42.7 million, contract related to a project in Egypt.
The construction of phases 3 and 4 of Village E Levana will take place in the Uptown Cairo Master Project.
Uptown Cairo is an integrated development located in the heart of Egypt’s capital. The total area including both the phases is 61,000 square metres approx. The construction of 128 villas and the surrounding road works and infrastructure will be done in the Phase 3 and 4.
