It is looking to expand the restaurant brands namely Shabestan, Sakura, Al Noukhaza, Ayam Zaman and Al Noukhaza across the region and partner with potential entrepreneurs and multi-unit developers. All of these brands are recognised for their authentic oriental cuisine and broad ranging menu prepared with high quality ingredients at attractive prices. Al Houda, a part of Bukhamseen Holding Group, is a leading hospitality company in the Gulf region. It owns and operates more than five hotels and fifty restaurants across the Middle East which includes brands like Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Rotana, Sofitel and Staybridge brands. Bukhamseen group already operates international franchise brands such as Ruby Tuesday and Peppes Pizza in the Gulf region.
