Fit-out scope is spread across 19 buildings which have office space, residential and boutique buildings; it also has serviced apartments, hotel, fitness centre and public spaces.
It is scheduled to complete in Q1 2019.
It is expected to have smart solutions from charging-docks for smart devices on the street to smart pop-up furniture and digital play tables and it will also have high end-designed bus shelters, patio shading, and electric vehicles charging stations.

The developers of the fit-out are also working on Cityland Mall located adjacent to Global Village.
